Marlon Calderon and Yampier Aguilar founded Aguilar & Calderon Corporation with the goal of providing the construction industry with resilient and sustainable construction services. With 20 years of combined experience in government contracting and construction along with 35 years of combined operations and project management experience, they bring distinct yet supplemental expertise that include world-class health and safety management, successful large capital improvement contracting, green infrastructure construction, total quality management (TQM), lean process improvement, successful project delivery and customer service excellence.
